All personal information collected by Premium Luxury Transportation is done so exclusively with your consent, by means of a form posted on our website, an email received from you or by telephone. No information is collected automatically. We will not, in any circumstances, share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals, except when applicable by law. We do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any mailing lists. We can offer to add your address to a Premium Luxury mailing list or list server if you request it. In this last case, at anytime you may opt out or unsubscribe from such a list.
To receive a free service quote from Premium Luxury Transportation, you must provide a valid e-mail address. You may also communicate with us by phone or email. For those seeking corporate bookings you may also provide employer information, best contact number and email address. As a result of the aforementioned actions, you might supply us with booking or reservation information such as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information. We use the information you provide for our general contract purposes & credit card charges as well as customization of your limousine service needs.
- All Premium Luxury Transportation services require a 40% deposit for the booking and all deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the original amount of your booking.
- For Round Trips additional pick up(s) and/or drop off(s) extra charges will apply (depending on the distance).
- Premium Luxury Transportation is to be Paid in full at the beginning of any event/run at Pick up time at the first address.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity (7 passengers)
- It is important to arrive on time. With that being said, If client exceeds the 15 minutes grace period they will be charged $50.00 for every 30 minutes. (Premium Luxury Transportation cannot guarantee the availability of overtime for the vehicles.)
- Premium Luxury Transportation regrets that we are not responsible for any articles left in our vehicles, nor are we held liable for any unforeseen delays or inconvenience caused to clients due to roadway or weather conditions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
- NO SMOKING is allowed in any of our vehicles.
- Premium Luxury Transportation reserves the right to terminate the run or to eject any objectionable person or those using drugs, intoxicants or in unsafe behavior at the discretion of the driver Without Any Refunds.
- An additional 25% cancellation Fee will be applied for cancellations within 48 hours of any event and a partial amount of 35% will be charged if reservation is canceled within 24 hours.
- In the event, you need to use the bathroom (Rest stop) Premium Luxury Transportation will accommodate one stop not exceeding 10 mins; where by all passengers can also use the bathroom. Please keep in mind this may affect the travel time.
- Clients are to be seated at all times while the vehicle is moving. We will not be held responsible for any injuries suffered by any client or their guests.
- In case of a mechanical breakdown Premium Luxury Transportation will try to replace the vehicles to a similar size if available and will not charge the customer extra for upsize or refund. Money back to the customer. If a vehicle has an electrical problem the service will still be continued in the same vehicles and no refund will be issued to the customer.
- Any damages occurred inside/outside the vehicle by the customer will result in cancellation in service or the customer will be charged for damages on the spot by the driver / company.
- All information provided from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Premium Luxury Transportation acceptance.
- I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree. If, for any reasons, I am not fully satisfied with the services I receive, I have 12 hours after the completion of the job to file a complaint in writing. If Premium Luxury Transportation does not receive my written complaint in the time-frame stated above, I agree that there is no valid complaint and I am fully satisfied with the services I received. Filing a written complaint, ensures that both parties fully understand what the issue is, and should help Premium Luxury Transportation to assist the purchaser in any kind of reimbursement. The purchaser will be contacted within a week of the complaint to settle the matter. I understand that this is a separate case from the main contract and therefore have no dispute in general against Premium Luxury Transportation and the payment I authorized
